* ALL SALES FINAL *The Tablo DUAL HDMI Over-The-Air (OTA) DVR is our first DVR model that connects directly to your television. Designed for cord cutters who prefer a traditional TV-based DVR experience with a dedicated remote, Tablo DUAL HDMI lets you watch or record up to two shows at once.

What You Need For Setup:
An Over-the-Air TV antenna
An internet connection
An external USB hard drive

A television with an HDMI port (all TVs manufactured after 2005 should include this)
To watch Tablo content on additional TVs within your home, you'll need a strong home WiFi network, an active TV Guide Data Service subscription and one of these:
A Smart TV powered by: Roku, or Amazon Fire TV, or Android TV OR
A Set-Top-Box/Streaming Media Device: Roku, or Amazon Fire TV, or Chomecast with Google TV, or Nvidia SHIELD
Subscriptions & Services:
All basic live TV recording and playback functions are supported without a subscription. Advanced features (including Series Recording, Automatic Commercial Skip, etc.) require active subscriptions.
Tablo offers several optional subscription-based services that can help enhance your Over-the-Air TV experience. Tablo Dual HDMI OTA DVRs include a free 30-day trial of our subscription-based services so you can can enjoy everything Tablo has to offer, right out of the box.

Shipping, Warranty, and Returns:
All Nuvyyo Inc. products are provided with a 100% repair or replacement warranty on hardware defects for 12 months from the date of shipment from authorized retailers (Nuvyyo, Amazon, Best Buy, Microcenter, or via the official TabloTV eBay store)
End-User Customers who buy Nuvyyo's products directly from Nuvyyo, may return them to Nuvyyo up to 30 days after they are received for a refund of the product purchase price (we cannot refund shipping charges). Returns will not be accepted on refurbished units.
End-User Customers must obtain an RMA number that is clearly marked on the outside of the return package and all returns must be in the original packaging and include all items.
Devices sold by third-party entities via authorized retail websites (aka 'marketplace sellers') are NOT covered by our warranty. Warranties are not transferrable.
If you purchased your product from an authorized Nuvyyo channel partner, please contact your place of purchase directly.
Warranty Return Policy - RMA:
If we determine a product is defective and it is still under warranty, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will only accept returns that we have a Nuvyyo-issued RMA number for the product in question.
Please ensure that the Nuvyyo issued RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Package the product carefully. Use bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box. Do not use loose Styrofoam packaging (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts), as this can damage electronics. Include the product and power supply (if applicable).
Nuvyyo's warranty terms are such that RMA Products covered under warranty will be repaired and if in the opinion of Nuvyyo, the RMA product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.
Shipping Terms:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs of product(s) returned to Nuvyyo. Customers are advised to insure products being returned as they are responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.
Nuvyyo will ship the replacement or repaired warranty product to the customer, at Nuvyyo's expense.
