Antique Reed & Barton Sterling Match Safe

Description

This pretty match safe has a repousse border of flowers and flourishes. It is marked on the interior lip with the Reed & Barton hallmarks as well as "STERLING 50".  One side is monogramed while the other has a number of etched initials. There is a small indent under the middle initial. The vesta weighs 1.0 ounces (28 grams).  Length is 2 3/8 inches and it is 1 3/8 inches wide.
