WOW IS THIS A BEAUTY!!
I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION A FEW THINGS ABOUT THIS PERIDOT. YOU ARE VIEWING A VERY RARE SPECIMEN IN THE FACT THAT THIS SAN CARLOS PERIDOT IS EXTREMELY LARGE. THIS SPECIMEN DOES HAVE SOME INCLUSION. THE REASON I MENTION THIS IS IF YOU AREA JEWELER LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TOTALLY EYE CLEAN THIS STONE MAY NOT SUIT YOUR NEEDS. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY GORGEOUS PERIDOT. IT DOES HAVE SOME INCLUSION HOWEVER EVEN WITH THE INCLUSIONS A SAN CARLOS PERIDOT OF THIS SIZE WOULD NORMALLY COST A HECK OF A LOT MORE THEN WHAT I AM ASKING FOR THIS STONE. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS I HAVE PROVIDED THIS IS A REALLY NICE STONE. PLEASE APPRECIATE THIS STONE FOR ITS NATURAL BEAUTY. IT WOULD BE VERY HARD TO FIND A SAN CARLOS PERIDOT THIS LARGE AND THIS NICE. THEY JUST DON'T EXIST. SO IF YOU ARE SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A CLEAN SAN CARLOS PERIDOT THIS LARGE, CHANCES ARE YOU WON'T FIND ONE, AND IN THE RARE CASE YOU DO, THE COST WOULD BE MUCH MORE THEN WHAT I AM ASKING.
THIS PARTICULAR PERIDOT HAS WHAT ARE REFERRED TO AS LILLY PAD MARKS. IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY YOU WILL NOTICE SMALL WHITE DOTS. THESE DOTS ARE A CLEAR INDICATION OF A GENUINE PERIDOT AND INFACT, MOST HARD CORE GEM COLLECTORS WOULD PAY A PREMIUM FOR THE STONE HAVING THESE MARKING. THE MARKING ARE FORMED NATURALLY IN THE STONE AND WHEN YOU SEE THEM, YOU KNOW THE STONE IS GENUINE. THE STONE ITSELF IS ABSOULTELY GORGEOUS.
I WOULD HIHGLY RECOMMEND THIS STONE TO ANY HARD CORE GEMSTONE COLLECTOR AS YOU WILL BE GETTING ONE BEAUTIFUL PERIDOT.
THE OVERALL COLOR OF THIS STONE IS TOP NOTCH.  YOU WILL NOT FIND AN ARIZONA SAN CARLOS PERIDOT THIS LARGE ANY CHEAPER THEN WHAT I AM OFFERING THIS ONE FOR. AGAIN< AS I MENTIONED ABOVE IF YOU ARE A JEWELER OR SOMEONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR AN EYE CLEAN STONE, THIS STONE WOULD NOT BE FOR YOU. THIS STONE WOULD BE RECOMMENDED FOR A HARD CORE GEM COLLECTOR WHO APPRECIATES THE BEAUTY OF THIS NATURAL STONE
Up for sale is a really nice beautiful stone. This gem is a Peridot from San Carlos Apache Gila Co Arizona. This particular stone was faceted by me about 2 years ago give or take a few months. This stone comes from a parcel my father mined many years ago when there wasn't much mining going on in San Carlos. The specimens my father mined were top grade material.
THE COLOR OF THIS STONE IS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING
There are some minor inclusions in the stone. If you ask me, these minor inclusions only add to the beauty of this magnificent specimen. This particular stone was cut by me. You won't find a finer specimen at this price. The stone truly is beautiful :)
